Day 1: Venice to Cortina
Day 1: Meet in Venice for a morning sampler tour of one of the world's most unique cities. Travel north to the world-famous, chic mountain resort of Cortina d'Ampezzo. Spend the night in a high mountain "rifugio," in the most spectacular setting in the Dolomites
Day 2: Falzarego Pass
Spend the day hiking and sightseeing at Cinque Torri, Stella Massif, and a mountainside WWII museum! Explore Cortina's mountain meadows on foot, mountain bike, or go canyoning through the river gorge.
Day 3: Selva di Cadore
Travel to Selva di Cadore and hike up Mount Pelmetto. Keep your eyes open for fossilized dinosaur footprints!
Day 4: Castelrotto, Alpe di Siusi
A chance to recuperate in this magnificent setting with options to walk or bike though Europe’s largest alpine meadow, Alpe di Siusi.
Day 5: Castles and the Oberbozen Earth Pyramids
Discover Bolzano's strikingly Austrian looking old town and its medieval castles. After lunch travel to Oberbozen to explore its amazing "Earth Pyramids."
Day 6: Bolzano to Venice
Visit the world famous "Ice Man" Otzi Archeological Museum. Journey past the village of Asiago to learn the secrets of its well-known cheese before arriving in Venice.
Day 7: Venice
